About First In
Fire Captain–Led. Field-Based. Focused on What Actually Gets Flagged.
First In Fire Compliance is a risk reduction service. Not a plan-check desk, not a box-ticking inspection shop, not a report you file and forget. We walk your building with the same eye an inspector brings, on your schedule, before anything ever lands on a clipboard.
A Career Spent Protecting Buildings Like Yours
Nick Anthony is a 28-year fire service veteran and fire captain. His career spans multiple Southern California fire departments and includes credentials as California State Fire Marshal Fire Prevention Training, (ICC) Fire Inspector 1, and IEC Hazardous Materials Specialist.
First In Fire Compliance is the natural extension of that career. Through a career of inspections and walks in uniform representing the AHJ, Nick saw the same gap repeatedly — owners and property managers needed someone who could read their buildings the way the fire marshal would, and stay engaged through the corrections. That’s the work.
Fire code compliance. Inspection readiness. Asset risk reduction. Same lens as the AHJ. Different seat.
Six Reasons Operations & Ownership Teams Work With Us
The Teams Most Exposed to Avoidable Citations
Property Managers
Avoid inspection surprises, reduce tenant complaints, and walk into ownership reviews with a clean, defensible record.
Building Owners & Asset Managers
Protect asset value, cap liability exposure, and maintain consistent risk control across single buildings or full portfolios.
Tenants & Operators
Industrial, warehouse, 3PL, manufacturing, and pharma operations that cannot afford a shutdown or a reinspection cycle.
Brokers
Deals that need to close without move-in delays, failed sign-offs, or last-minute compliance surprises at the finish line.
Inspectors walk the building once a year. Your team walks it every day and stops seeing it. First In is the third party that walks it the way it will actually be evaluated — before anyone writes a citation.
