How we collect, use, and protect the information you share with First In Fire Compliance.
Last updated: April 19, 2026
First In Fire Compliance (“First In,” “we,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through firstinfirecompliance.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this website or contacting us, you agree to this policy.
Information We Collect
We only collect information that helps us respond to inquiries, schedule walkthroughs, and run the site. Specifically:
- Contact details you provide — name, company, email, phone, property type, and the details you share about your building when you submit the contact form or email us directly.
- Automatically collected data — standard server and analytics data such as IP address, browser type, device, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use this to understand traffic patterns and improve the site.
- Cookies and similar technology — small files stored by your browser that help the site function and measure performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry and schedule walkthroughs, reviews, or correction coordination work.
- Send you the scoping information, proposal, or report related to your request.
- Maintain and improve the website and our service delivery.
- Comply with applicable laws and protect against fraud or misuse.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent or trade contact lists. We do not send unsolicited marketing email.
Who Sees Your Information
We share information only with the limited parties needed to deliver the service you requested:
- Service providers that help us run the business — email delivery, hosting, analytics, and form processing. They are contractually required to handle your data securely and only for the purpose we hired them for.
- Licensed vendors engaged through our Correction Coordination service, and only with your authorization.
- Authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs), such as fire prevention offices, when a client has asked us to interface with them on their behalf.
- Legal compliance — when required by subpoena, court order, or other legal process.
How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No internet transmission or storage system is 100% secure, but we limit access on a need-to-know basis and retain data only as long as necessary to deliver services and meet our legal obligations.
Your Choices
- Access, correction, or deletion — you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at nick@firstinfirecompliance.com.
- Email opt-out — if we have ever sent you a non-transactional email, it contains an unsubscribe link. You can also reply asking to be removed.
- Do Not Track — we honor the spirit of “Do Not Track” browser signals by keeping analytics minimal.
California Privacy Rights
California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and its amendments, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at nick@firstinfirecompliance.com.
Third-Party Links
This site may contain links to third-party websites — for example, Nick Anthony’s LinkedIn profile. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing personal information.
Children’s Privacy
This website is intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
