Terms of Service
The rules for using the First In Fire Compliance website and engaging us for walkthroughs, reviews, and correction coordination.
Last updated: April 19, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at firstinfirecompliance.com and any services provided by First In Fire Compliance (“First In,” “we,” “our”). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Use of the Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes related to understanding, requesting, or receiving our services. You agree not to:
- Use the site in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to collect information from the site.
- Upload, submit, or transmit malicious code, malware, or disruptive content.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Nature of Our Services
First In Fire Compliance provides field-based risk reduction services — including Inspection Readiness Reviews, Tenant Improvement & Changeover Reviews, Fire Code Risk Identification, Correction Coordination, and Ongoing Compliance Programs. Our work is advisory and coordinative in nature. Specifically:
- We are not an engineering firm or a plan-check service and do not perform work requiring a licensed design professional.
- We are not the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). Our reports reflect our professional assessment of risk and do not replace a fire marshal inspection or any required permit, approval, or sign-off.
- We do not perform corrections directly. When Correction Coordination is engaged, we facilitate the work with licensed, insured third-party vendors, and any agreement for the underlying work is between you and those vendors.
- We do not sell sprinkler systems, alarms, extinguishers, or monitoring contracts, and we do not accept referral fees from the vendors we coordinate with.
Engagement & Fees
Any walkthrough, review, program, or coordination engagement is governed by a separate written proposal or statement of work signed by both parties. Pricing discussed on this website — including the “starting at $2,100” anchor — is illustrative and subject to scope. Final fees are set in the signed engagement document and control over any inconsistent statements on the site.
Accuracy of Information
We strive to keep the site accurate, but content may become outdated. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information on the site. Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice, engineering advice, or a guarantee of code compliance. Fire code, state and local amendments, and enforcement practices change over time — decisions that depend on current code should be validated with the AHJ or a qualified licensed professional.
No Guarantee of Outcome
While our goal is to reduce the risk and frequency of citations, reinspections, and operational disruption, we do not guarantee any specific outcome with any AHJ, insurance carrier, or third party. Final determinations are made by those parties based on their own evaluation of your building and operations.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, images, and the overall design — is owned by First In Fire Compliance or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish content without our prior written consent.
Reports and deliverables produced for a specific client are licensed to that client for internal operational, insurance, and compliance use. They may not be resold, rebranded, or distributed to unrelated third parties without our written permission.
Third-Party Links
The site may contain links to external sites that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of those sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FIRST IN, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100). You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
